AJ (She/They) is an empowerment coach, sex & intimacy educator, public speaker and self-described “nerdy Midwest Mom”. She specializes in supporting people through transitions (of all kinds), LGBTQ+ clients, and Shadow & Parts work. She loves co-creating ceremonies for embracing new life chapters, releasing old habits/patterns, and helping people access more self-acceptance and confidence. AJ works with people from all walks of life, and her friendly approach makes her a good fit for those who are new to psilocybin. She also serves as our COO.

Angela (She/Her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice. She is professionally trained and integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to guide clients through the healing process, addressing traumas, attachment disorders, ancestral burdens, and unprocessed emotions. Angela is BIPOC, Ageism and LGBTQ+ affirming. She understands the unique challenges individuals face within these communities, and is committed to providing a space that embraces and validates each client's identity and experiences.

Arah (She/Her) is a psychotherapist, a mother, and a lifelong learner, exploring various paths of healing and development over decades in a variety of professional and personal ways. She has postgraduate training in secular Buddhist psychology, humanistic/existential therapy, specialized therapy with adoptive families, trauma training, couples therapy, and more. Other areas of Arah's work include parenting, life transitions, and emotional neglect. Curiosity and compassion are Arah's trusted companions and she strongly believes that each of us has a healing capacity within.

She is an educator at SoundMind Psychedelic Training and has completed additional trainings on End of Life Care, Somatic Psychedelic Facilitation, and Somatic EMDR. Elana's interests are in embodied liberation, peeling back the layers of intergenerational trauma, and tuning into our intricate connections to the web of life. Elana is a queer woman, a second-generation immigrant, and a lover of exploring the forgotten corners of our inner landscapes.

GREG

Greg (he/him) is a writer, educator and trauma therapist. He received his LMFT degree with a specialization in addictions from Lewis and Clark Graduate School. He mentored and taught creative writing for Portland's Attic Institute for many years, and enjoys helping creatives work through artistic blocks. He has a deep connection to Buddhist psychology, and looks at how renegotiating our attachments can bring change. Mushrooms help our minds and bodies do their own healing, and can reintroduce a deep fulfilling relationship with the natural world. When not working, Greg explores the mountains and rivers of the Pacific Northwest with his family and dogs.

Jason (They/Them) has over 20 years experience sitting with psilocybin and works with Fractal Health clients in the areas of substance misuse, depression, spirituality and gender identity/exploration. Jason identifies as non-binary and neurodivergent, and specializes in working with these clients. As a Buddhist meditator, they are excited about the ways psychedelics and meditation practices can be synergistic. Their career to date has been in the tech and design space, where they have been leading creative teams and mentoring up-and-coming designers. Jason's non-binary gender identity makes them a safe choice for men who typically feel more comfortable with women, and women who would traditionally not choose a male-bodied facilitator.

Jason (He/Him) is a psychiatric nurse and an experienced psychedelic facilitator. He has been working in Behavioral health hospitals for the last 18+ years. Jason has been part of the Psychiatric medical model working in both in-patient acute care facilitates and in a Psychiatric emergency room. He has witnessed the shortcomings of the medical model, and he sees psilocybin facilitation as a way he can help people find relief from medication-resistant depression, anxiety, trauma and finding the joy of life. His focus on creating a safe and accepting environment gives clients the space to explore the depths of Themselves. He has attended trainings in non-violent communication, trauma-informed care, and Bhakti yoga.

She leads the Fractal Health Integration program and is our key point of contact for clinical research & healthcare institutions. Jenna's particular specialty is working with clients with Borderline Personality Disorder diagnosis, and she frequently gives keynote talks on the intersection of psychedelics and BPD. In her personal life, Jenna is a wife, mother to three boys, and nature lover - often found camping or at the beach.

Kara (She/They) has been working with psilocybin for 25 years and leads our programs in treatment-resistant depression, addiction/substance misuse and PTSD. She has specialized training in Naturopathic Medicine, gender-affirming care, trauma-informed care, and mental health counseling. Kara also has experience and training working with people living with chronic disease, including Lyme and co-infections, mycotoxin and mold Illness, autoimmune disease, cancer, and chronic digestive disorders such as inflammatory bowel disease. Due to her medical background, Kara also typically works with or screens any individuals who may have complex or high-risk medical factors identified during screening.

A lifelong student of mental health & healing and carrier of generational trauma, Kat began her relationship with psilocybin through microdosing during her corporate career, which helped her manage stress and anxiety, increase focus and productivity, and be a more empathetic leader. She began using conscious-altering doses to heal trauma and process decades-old grief, and now communes regularly for identity work, business insights and lessons about Life and Love. She enjoys working with corporate leaders and women with anxiety and relationship wounds.
