Her particular interests with clients are in embodied liberation, peeling back layers of intergenerational trauma, and tuning into our intricate connections to the web of life. Elana is a queer woman, a second-generation immigrant, and a lover of exploring the forgotten corners of our inner landscapes. She has been an educator at SoundMind Psychedelic Training and has completed additional trainings on End of Life Care, Somatic Psychedelic Facilitation, and Somatic EMDR. Due to her business background she also works with many of our corporate and executive clients.

Hilary (She/They) is a skilled healer and space-holder for those working with deep grief, depression and self-criticism. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing, which is a body and movement-oriented method of helping people find healing from trauma. Hilary comes to this work through a transformative experience with her own grief. She is a nature and plant lover, and specializes in helping clients explore grief through nature and creativity.

Kara (She/They) has been working with psilocybin for 25 years and leads our programs in treatment-resistant depression, addiction/substance misuse and PTSD. She has specialized training in Naturopathic Medicine, gender-affirming care, trauma-informed care, and mental health counseling. Kara also has experience and training working with people living with chronic disease, including Lyme and co-infections, mycotoxin and mold Illness, autoimmune disease, cancer, and chronic digestive disorders such as inflammatory bowel disease. Due to her medical background, Kara also typically works with or screens any individuals who may have complex or high-risk medical factors identified during screening.

He has a deep connection to Buddhist psychology, and looks at how renegotiating our attachments can bring change. Mushrooms help our minds and bodies do their own healing, and can reintroduce a deep fulfilling relationship with the natural world. When not working, Greg explores the mountains and rivers of the Pacific Northwest with his family and dogs.

As a Buddhist practitioner and mindfulness coach, they are excited about the intersection of psychedelics, meditation, and contemplative spirituality. Jason is also trained in Hakomi – a mindfulness-based therapy. Their career to date has been in the tech and design space, where they have been leading creative teams. In their spare time, Jason writes poetry, plays guitar, and sings karaoke. They love helping clients with autism or ADHD, and their non-judgmental and compassionate spirit is a great fit for those struggling with self-acceptance or regret around lifestyle choices.

Kat (She/Her) leads the team at Fractal with over 20 years of high tech and entrepreneurial experience in strategy and operations, consulting and management roles at companies such as Nike, Twitter and Intel. A lifelong student of mental health & healing, Kat began her relationship with psilocybin through microdosing during her corporate career, which helped her manage stress and anxiety, increase focus and productivity, and be a more empathetic leader. She began using conscious-altering doses to heal trauma and process decades-old grief, and now communes regularly for identity work, business insights and life lessons. Kat was a licensed facilitator for one year, serving dozens of. clients herself, before letting her license lapse to focus solely on running Fractal. She is also a public speaker in the psychedelic industry and available for psychedelic business & marketing consulting.
