Mental Health is a topic that can feel stigmatized for men, who are more likely to fall into dangerous, self-destructive behaviors when they are hurting. If you are a man who is struggling with any facet of your mental health, from depression or anxiety to substance dependence, grief, or just lack of direction - we can help.

Our team of facilitators & coaches who specialize in working with men are compassionate and non-judgmental, walking alongside you every step of the way.

Did you know one in four women in the United States have an anxiety disorder? Anxiety is by far the most common mental health condition in the US, and more women than men experience it.

This Program delivers comprehensive support for women with generalized, social, or mild to moderate OCD anxiety. You will work 1:1 with a licensed psilocybin facilitator who specializes in anxiety through Preparation, Administration Session & Integration follow up. This Program combines microdosing and macrodosing.

These Programs utilize a combination of varying doses of psilocybin along with supportive coaching, consulting, education and resources. They are the most effective non-medical treatments available for specific intentions. Must be age 21 or over.

We are a safe place for those who identify as LGBTQIA+ to explore their gender identity or sexual orientation, as well as process grief or trauma surrounding cultural narratives and stigmas associated with this lived experience. This is a safe space and you are seen here.

Many of our Staff and Leadership team are queer, bi or pansexual, non-binary, polyamorous or asexual. We are here to support you as you heal and experience self-love and self-acceptance.
